Timothy Corbo is the principle court attorney to Matthew F. Cooper. Clerk Corbo spends most of his court time fetching coffee and doing dishes for Justice Matthew F. Cooper. In addition to coffee and dish duties, Clerk Corbo participates in Justice Cooper's racial holocaust against black families by learning mafia law.
A benefit of clerking for Justice Cooper is that Clerk Corbo gets an untapped reservoir of legal knowledge related to Justice Cooper's tenure for the Teamster's Local 234 where Justice Cooper passes on learned techniques to enhance torture, assault, extortion, and manipulating the system. Clerk Corbo gets to sharpen his torutre, assault, and skills daily by falsely imprisoning hundreds of black men. Most of the time for the petty accusation of not being able to afford child support payments.
Clerk Corbo has failed to report Justice Cooper's racist mob rule to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Clerk Corbo knowingly maintained knowledge of severe deficits of judicial conduct particularly because Justice Cooper openly engages in racist commentary or mocks litigants as described below:
In all seriousness, Clerk Corbo has participated and colluded with Justice Cooper to leak Justice Cooper's state court orders - before they are officially published by the court - to tabloid journalists including the New York Post and Daily News. Clerk Corbo and Justice Cooper do this knowing the litigants will have their professional livelihoods completely destroyed and white washed by the national media corps. Clerk Corbo expresses absolutely no sympathy to the countless litigants, including numerous black men he and Justice Cooper destroy.
Clerk Corbo failed to protect Damon Dash from both tabloid destructio and retialtory orders, which include, Clerk Corbo's knowledge that Justice Cooper was using racial epithets and other racist commentary in chambers, while both Clerk Corbo, and Justice Cooper are believed to have drafted the orders.
Clerk Corbo engaged in the same tactics against Robert De Niro by attempting to leak statements, orders, and commentary to the tabloid media in a swift attempt to paint (no pun intended) Mr. De Niro in a false light. This includes the tabloid media reporting on an audio tape in which Mr. De Niro is audibly frustrated with his personal assistant. Indeed, Clerk Corbo knew this would negatively impact Mr. De Niro's black children. In addition to acting, Mr. De Niro is an acclompished painter and artist.
